Stripe Sessions 2023

This was Stripe's first in-person event since Sessions 2019. I created the branding concept and core visual direction for this event.

Being the first in-person event after the pandemic, it was important to bring in the sense of human connection. It also underscored the brand's need to be deliberate in light of the economic landscape at the close of 2022.

These sketches down here marked the initial inspiration for me. The idea was to infuse the visuals with a sense of connection and humanity. I attempted to recreate the texture using Cinema 4D, but my efforts fell short. So we opted to collaborate with a professional 3D artist to elevate the design further.
